I also founded PropSight.com.au, helping Australian property buyers assess cash flow, borrowing capacity, return on equity and investment risk. Built from scratch without a formal coding background, PropSight won the 2026 Proptech Australia Valuations & Financial Solutions Start-Up Award.

My other businesses are NeoEx, an AUSTRAC-registered Australia–Iran remittance business founded in 2016, and NeoRise Advisory, providing accounting and tax services.
